Skipp Pearson

We were honored to have Skipp Pearson to perform at the inaugural of the Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival. Skipp Pearson, an native of Organgeburg, was a celebrated jazz musician who worked for more than three decades to keep jazz alive in South Carolina as an educator and entertainer. He also played for the famous – including President Barack Obama at a 2009 inaugural ball. His legend will live on.

Our Story

We are thrilled to bring the Second Annual Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival to the Grand Strand with a line-up of smooth, soulful, and edgy regional and local jazz artists. This event promises to draw music-loving audiences from all of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and beyond.  Admission is FREE!
