Interested in becoming a vendor at the fifth annual Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival? Application and requirements are attached in the 2021 Vendor Registration Form, found below.
This three-day event will be held on Friday Oct. 15 through Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021 at 1420 Carver Street in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Payment is due with application; fees are outlined in the form. Receipt of application must be on or before Sept. 11, 2021. A vendor application does not guarantee a vendor space.
All requests are first-come, first-served. Fees are non-refundable. You are required provide your own tent, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. Food vendors must check in two hours prior to the festival start times.
Sales of beverages are prohibited; the jazz festival organization will provide all beverages. As an extra precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, vendors must provide hand sanitizer and Clorox bleach wipes at each booth.
If you do not have a city of Myrtle Beach business license, you must complete a hospitality account application, and remit an additional $200 fee payable to the city. After the event, you are required file the hospitality fee and local accommodations tax reporting form.
