This annual three-day event, which just announced an exciting move to the 44-acre former Myrtle Square Mall site at 2501 North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, will take place on Friday Oct. 4 through Sunday Oct. 6. Thousands attend every year, with many more expected in 2019 at a showcase location along Myrtle Beach’s busiest thoroughfare.

Festival Vendor Registration Form
Payment is due with application. Two-day minimum booth reservation is required. Receipt of application must be on or before Sept. 3, 2019. A vendor application does not guarantee a vendor space.
All requests are first-come, first-served. Fees are non-refundable. You are required provide your own tent, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. Food vendors must check in two hours prior to the festival start times. Festival hours are 6-11 p.m. Friday, and then 3-11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
If you do not have a city of Myrtle Beach business license, you must complete a hospitality account application, and remit an additional $200 fee payable to the city. After the event, you are required file the hospitality fee and local accommodations tax reporting form.
