Check back later to find a vendor application and deadline information for 2020’s Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival. The fourth edition of this annual three-day event was held Friday Oct. 4 through Sunday Oct. 6, 2019 on historic Carver Street in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Payment is due each year with application. Two-day minimum booth reservation is required. A vendor application does not guarantee a vendor space.

All requests are first-come, first-served. Fees are non-refundable. You are required provide your own tent, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. Food vendors must check in two hours prior to the festival start times. Festival hours in 2019 were from 6-11:30 p.m. Friday, and Noon-9:30 p.m. Saturday and 1:30-8:30 p.m. Sunday.

If you do not have a city of Myrtle Beach business license, you must complete a hospitality account application, and remit an additional $200 fee payable to the city. After the event, you are required file the hospitality fee and local accommodations tax reporting form.
