Vendor registration has closed for the third annual Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival, which was held from Sept. 28-30, 2018 on Carver Street. Hours for this three-day outdoor event were from 6-10 p.m. on Friday, from Noon-Midnight on Saturday and then from Noon-10 p.m. on Sunday. The festival occurs rain or shine. As always, admission is free to the public.
All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance, and read and sign the following waiver. Also included in the required form is information on vendor booth space fees, food vendor set-up, other vendor set up, vendor close times and deadlines for vendors to move off site. Those forms will be available again next year.
Booths must be completely set up an hour prior to festival start time. Vendors may leave tents, tables, chairs and equipment overnight but at your own risk. No unattended vehicles may be left on the grounds the night before the Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival.
A two-day minimum booth reservation is required. If you do not have a city of Myrtle Beach business license, you are also required to complete a “Hospitality Account Application,” also included in the above link, then remit an additional $200 fee payable to the city of Myrtle Beach.
Deadline for vendor registration forms was Aug. 31, 2018. All applications are subject to approval by the festival committee. Upon receipt of application, each vendor will receive a confirmation letter. Prior to the event, each vendor will receive booth number, a map and instructions via mail.
