Payment is due with application; fees are outlined in a form that’s made available closer to the date of the next festival. A vendor application does not guarantee a vendor space.

All requests are first-come, first-served. Fees are non-refundable. You are required provide your own tent, tables, chairs, electricity, etc. Food vendors must check in four hours prior to the festival gates opening time.

As an extra precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, vendors were required to provide hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes at each booth in 2022.

If you do not have a city of Myrtle Beach business license, you must complete a hospitality account application, and remit an additional $200 fee payable and to the City of Myrtle Beach. After the event, you are required file the hospitality fee and local accommodations tax reporting form. Questions?
